How much does it cost to have Molly Maid clean your house? Their website doesn’t list prices but they make you schedule an in home estimate. I understand they would need to see your house first but I just want to get a general idea before I contact a sales person.

How much does Molly Maid cost?
To find out how much Molly Maid’s services cost, we invited one of their sales reps into our home to give us an estimate. Here’s the breakdown of their cost estimate for a house with around 2,000 square feet and the following 11 rooms:
- living room
- great room
- dining room
- 2 full bathrooms
- kitchen
- laundry room
- carpeted stairs
- 2 bedrooms
- master bedroom
Molly Maid quoted us $89 per cleaning for weekly service, $99 per cleaning for every-other-week service or $129 per cleaning for once-per-month cleaning service. But–the first visit would be charged on a per hour basis at a rate of $40 per hour per maid. For our house, the estimate would be a team of 2 or 3 maids for 2-3 hours, adding up to $160-240.
They charge more for the first clean to make sure the house is to par and then subsequent, lower pricing is for what Molly Maid considers maintenance cleaning. An important point to note, however, is that these Molly Maid estimates are for what most people would consider “surface cleaning,” not “deep cleaning.” They include dusting, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen/bathrooms.
